God’s Good Grief is a Bible-based, Christ-centered Ministry. It was born out of my own personal experience with grief & loss. My mother (January 2017), My step-father (February 2017), My brother (August 2017) and My father (July 2021). In March 2018, I started a monthly grief support group at my church and we are still going strong…just virtually 🙂

In August of 2020 I facilitated my very first Grief Sensitivity Training (8/15) and Memorial Service (8/22) both virtually for 4th Street Friendship SDA Church in Washington, D.C. On November 14th 2020, I was invited by One Connection Church in Boston, MA to speak at a Memorial Service for one of their members who had passed.

My purpose is to NORMALIZE the discussion around grief. NO longer will it be a taboo subject, NO longer will we sweep our emotions under the rug, hoping to just “move on” and “get over it.” NO longer will we remain silent, ignoring and being insensitive to the pain and hurt of those around us suffering from grief and loss. We will Speak Up, we will Reach Out our hands to uplift and walk with them in this grief  journey for we ALL are our brothers keeper. Amen
